Challenges and solutions.
Challenges I faced
Decorative shapes had to stay decodable, large logos could not exceed the error-correction budget, and everything had to run in the browser without making the page lag.
How I solved them
I wrote a dependency-free encoder and verified it against an independent decoder. Each shape has a tolerance measured under noise, and preview, PNG, SVG and PDF all come from one SVG renderer. Heavy work never blocks interaction.
